Your best buys are still to be had at the auction sites and local charity shops. One of my favourite mini dresses was bought in a charity shop 3 years ago and I will be wearing it this evening. Mini Dresses never go out of fashion no matter what time of year or what the weather is. In the winter just wear a normal overcoat over your dress if your off out to a club or restaurant and you will be fine. You don't have to wear high heels with a mini dress and its best not too if you are wearing a micro dress, but then again its all depends on the occasion. Mini dresses look great in wedges and flats and if you don't want to show off your legs then just wear thick tights. Remember the mini style originated in the 50's Mary Quant is normally credited for being one of the first to expose the thigh and the trend took off and was acknowledge by all the top class magazines in the mid 1960's. So go and add a mini dress to your wardrobe today I can guarantee that you will look very chic and be right on the fashion trend just use common sense when it comes to the length and colour.
