What reputable schools offer majors in fashion or costume design?

I have a very strong fashion and costuming portfolio, however, my general art portfolio doesn't exist. I only have this summer to work on it, I am now a junior and high school, so i could try to make one but chances are it would come out crappy and i would be rejected. Any ideas?
